Karl Amadeus Diamond (born Sept. 22 1990) is a free runner born in Worcester, England now residing in Auckland, New Zealand. Sometimes known as Quad Damage, Amadeus focuses mostly on upper-body strength, namely handstand tricking and balance exercises. He's known in the free running community and beyond for his power moves, such as handstand precisions, handstand jumps, handstand presses, various human flags and hollowbacks. He usually trains with his freerunning partner Pete Hogan. He performs most of these with relative ease, and is also know for handstanding in very dangerous places

Amadeus is also a very prolific musician having recorded over 9 albums without releasing one. However, he has released two EP's; Summer Themes and Love in 2009 on Rag-Tag Tom Records, of which he is co-owner.
