The cast bomb is a free running move invented by Daniel Arroyo who released a video of him landing the move onto sand on November 22 2008[1]. The move involves performing a reversed kong (a 180 into a kong position), and pushing off into a backtuck like with a castaway. Kyle Spevak was the first to land it on grass. [2]
