A Flashkick is a move used in free running and tricking. It is a layout backflip where you use a kick from your leg to get the rotation around and land staggered.

It originates from Guile of Street Fighter[1], and is commonly viewed as the most aesthetically pleasing trick, even though there are harder varitations.

  • Double Flashkick - A flash with two kicks
  • Triple Flashkick - A flash with three kicks
  • Quad Flashkick - A flash with four kicks
  • Flashfull - A flashkick followed by a fulltwist
  • Kick the moon - A flashkick preformed from a J step
  • Wallflash - A wallflip with a flashkick
