A full in back out is a gymnastic move that consists of a backfulltwist followed by a backtuck all in the same jump.
History
Full In Back Out comes from gymnastics. It is often done at the end of a tumbling pass.
On August 9th 2008, at the annual 3RUN Family Jam, Alex Watts attempted a Full In Back Out onto sand. He bailed it.
