Sam Parham (born February 3, 1987[1]) from Portsmouth, UK is a 3RUN team member. He was previously a part of Team 101 until in 2007[citation needed] when he left and joined 3RUN.

One of his most notable media releases was his solo video Poetry in Motion which consisted of a parkour run accompanied by a narration of a poem relating to parkour, all of which was created and performed by Sam. The video was featured on YouTube and received hundreds of thousands of views[2].
