An aerial is a free running and tricking move which is a cartwheel motion without hands touching the ground. The name originates from gymnastics[1]. Good flexibility can make the trick look smoother.

  • Double aerial twist
    The same as a single aerial twist, but with just over 540 degrees of rotation instead of 180.
